Snagg.ai provides AI-powered quoting, invoicing, and job management tools for tradespeople. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period.
New users receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time — you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in connection with your legitimate trade business. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you, or use the Service to generate fraudulent quotes or invoices.
Quotes and other content generated by Snagg.ai are AI-generated and provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all quotes and invoices before sending them to customers. Snagg.ai does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated pricing or content.
Your data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without your consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, store, and use your data.
The Snagg.ai platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Snagg.ai. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.
Snagg.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@snaggai.co.
